Soccer Coach

Super Soccer Stars is searching for enthusiastic candidates to be a Soccer Coache for our team! With over 22 years of experience in youth soccer training, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality coaching and fostering a positive environment for kids to develop their skills.

The Role:

As a Soccer Coach for Super Soccer Stars, you will lead engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes individual attention, a non-competitive atmosphere, and positive reinforcement to encourage children to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Experience in coaching or teaching soccer and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to deliver fun, dynamic, and educational activities that promote skill development.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with players, parents, and team members.
• Willingness to adapt to different age groups and skill levels.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in coaching, teaching, or working with children, preferably in sports.
• Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and training techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young players.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the growth of each child.
• Availability to work weekends is necessary.
• Ability to transport yourself to various locations for training sessions.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
