SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM) Consultant

Akkodis is seeking an SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM) Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Maumee, OH. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SAP PM within an S/4HANA environment and experience in leading end-to-end implementations.

Rate Range: $49.24/hour to $64.39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM) Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Business Analysis: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design "to-be" maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, refurbishment).

• Functional Expertise: Configure core SAP PM functionalities: Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Work Centers, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, Work Orders, Status Management, and Measuring Points. Deep knowledge of S/4HANA and Fiori-based PM Apps.

• Data Migration: Oversee conversion of master data (equipment, task list, etc.) from legacy systems to S/4HANA using tools like SAP Migration Cockpit.

• Integration: Ensure robust integration with Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and third-party systems.

• Solution Design: Develop functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation, proposing solutions using RICEFW objects where needed.

• Testing & Training: Lead UAT, create test scripts, prepare end-user documentation, and train business users.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in SAP PM with 2–3 S/4HANA end-to-end implementations (greenfield/brownfield).

• Proven experience in SAP PM implementation and support, with specific S/4HANA expertise.

• Strong understanding of asset management best practices and maintenance strategies.

• Proficiency in SAP configuration and functional design.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $49.24 to $64.39 per hour
