Maintenance Supervisor
Banyan Living is a premier property management company that prides itself on delivering extraordinary living experiences in our luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Maintenance Supervisor who can lead our maintenance team to ensure the best upkeep of our properties.

- Reports to: Property Manager
- Compensation: $25 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential; you represent Banyan Living and our property owners.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Punctuality is critical; you should arrive on time and ready to lead daily.
- A friendly, positive attitude is necessary!
- Flexibility in your working hours is important, especially during peak maintenance seasons.
- Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in a lead maintenance role.
- All candidates will undergo a background check, with employment contingent on the results.
- All staff members must adhere to the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures.
