Company Truck Driver - Dedicated

• Minimum $1,350 per week availability incentive pay
• Base pay: $0.60 - $0.85 CPM for all dispatched miles
• Home weekly
• $800 driver orientation qualification process pay
• Monthly safety incentive pay
• Hiring within 75 miles of Romeoville, IL; 50 miles of Rochelle, IL; or near Fairfield, OH

• CPM varies based on length of haul; ranges from $0.85 - $2.53 per practical mile
• Home weekly
• $800 driver orientation qualification process pay

• Hiring within 75 miles of Romeoville, IL; 50 miles of Rochelle, IL; or near Fairfield, OH

Lease Purchase Details

• 2023-2026 fully-specced Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 23 years of age
• 6+ months verifiable CDL-A experience
