Plumber (5 Openings - Cleveland, OH) Monday - Friday, 7a-3:30pm; open to other candidates from different trades such as: facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or concrete

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team, working primarily on commercial construction projects, including apartment complexes and commercial buildings. The position offers a consistent schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break and a 15-minute morning break.

Responsibilities

• Run water and drain lines.
• Install gas lines, sanitary drain lines, hot water tanks, roof drains, and storm lines.
• Install gas lines to furnaces and various fixtures.
• Work with materials such as PVC, copper, and cast iron.
• Perform underground work.
• Utilize Propress and soldering techniques.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in trades related to commercial construction, such as plumbing, electrician, concrete, HVAC, or facility maintenance.
• Strong commitment to pursuing a career in plumbing.
• Possession of reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with commercial plumbing experience.
• Willingness to train candidates from other trades such as electricians, HVAC, facility maintenance, and concrete workers who are interested in plumbing.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Work Environment

The work involves commercial construction projects located within a one-hour radius of Cleveland. The role requires the use of tools such as tape measures, levels, and wrenches. Safety is a priority, with a dress code including steel toe boots and jeans. Necessary PPE such as safety vests, hard hats, and high-visibility gear will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
