Assembler
Title: Assembler
Location: Newbury Township, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Salary: $18-$24/hr - based on experience
Assembler Responsibilities:
Perform assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and medical device lines.
Prepare wires by stripping and tinning them for connection.
Solder wires to various types of connectors (ranging from basic to complex).
Follow technical directions and diagrams to ensure high-quality production.
Maintain a clean and safe workstation in a collaborative team environment.
About You:
Experience: Open to different levels of experience. They are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
Skills: Manual dexterity and a steady hand for detailed work.
Attitude: A positive, "willing to learn" mindset
Screening: Must be able to pass a background check (case-by-case basis) and a 4-panel drug screen (excludes THC).
Soldering Test: candidates will perform a basic soldering test during the interview to determine starting pay level, this is not pass or fail.
Certification: willing to get you certified in soldering if you are not already!
