Quality Control Inspector

Quality Assurance Position

Essential duties include measuring process performance using common gages, surface plates, measurement instruments, and CMM. Record data and process necessary documentation. Communicate to the press line and supervisors. Assist supervision in troubleshooting process problems. Clean, organize, and maintain work area(s). Determine whether a process is in or out of statistical control by analyzing data patterns and identify actions to take in response to findings. Read and follow work instructions. Read and interpret blueprints.

External qualifications required include the ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen, urine or saliva through the staffing company and reliable transportation. Internal qualifications required include mandatory company orientation, safety, and policy & procedure. Must pass the following tests upon direct hire: lift 50 pounds, 20/40 vision, corrective lenses allowed, and a 9-panel drug screen, urine or saliva.
