We are currently hiring a Garage Floor Coating Installer to join our installation team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, construction environments, and learning a specialized trade .
Position Overview
- Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week
- Consistent daytime schedule
- Seasonal construction environment (spring through fall busiest)
- Work as part of a professional installation crew
No prior floor coating experience is required — we will train the right candidate .
Job Responsibilities
- Assist crew leaders with garage floor coating installations
- Operate floor grinding equipment and specialized tools
- Surface preparation of concrete floors
- Mix and apply polyaspartic coating systems
- Broadcast decorative flake systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company trucks
- Assist with shop and warehouse organization when needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
Construction, concrete, painting, or coating experience is a plus but not required.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20+ per hour depending on experience
