Administrative Assistant
We are a locally owned real estate management and parking company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an important role in our day-to-day operations, and we’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with QuickBooks.What You’ll Do: Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and complete bank reconciliations Keep accurate records in QuickBooks Communicate with tenants and vendors Support general office and administrative needsWhat We’re Looking For: Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized Reliable and professionalThis is a full-time, in-office position located in downtown Cincinnati.To Apply:Please send your resume and a brief note describing your QuickBooks experience to [email protected]
