Construction Project Executive
Summary:
Kierstead Search Group, a premier nationwide executive search firm, has partnered with a prominent Columbus-based General Contractor looking for a strong Project Executive. This is a growing company who has been in business for over 60+ years and offers very large and challenging projects. We are looking for a strong manager who has the bandwidth to lead a team to while running large and difficult projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading large commercial builds from the ground up (projects range from $40 million - $160 million in size)
- Experience working on projects in the public works sector, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing/distribution, or data centers
- Experience with CMR projects
- Ability to manage 3-4 different projects at once
- Willingness to be customer facing and assist with business development initiatives
- Strong leadership experience/training
