Experience and qualifications will determine starting base pay. Job Requirements:
- Sales/Marketing and Social Media experience
- A positive outgoing self-starter, strong work ethic, good presence, and energy
- Have strong interpersonal skills, and persistence in marketing efforts
- Self-driven, eager, and passionate
- Create and implement a plan to achieve company goals
- Develop a database strategy to improve marketing efficiency and targeting
- Develop and maintain relationships with Brokers, Realtors, top agents, team leaders & front office staff
- Creating, assessing, and implementing monthly marketing plan for the month/year (calendar)
- Create and determine both agent and office marketing plan. Setting priority based on volume produced. Identify areas of opportunity
- Create and maintain a listing of top producing agents in the service area and directly market services to those agents through regular engagement and promotions
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material
- Create and implement systems to analyze what marketing efforts are working and what is not generating a return
- Email campaigns designed and set for distribution monthly
- Meets weekly with the Operations Manager to review goals, expenses, benchmarks, targeting and future campaigns
- Remain flexible and prepared to assist or conduct any other tasks that may be necessary to ensure office operations and field operations continue uninhibited when not directly engaged in marketing efforts
- Daily phone calls, follow up, email and scheduling meetings with brokers, agents and team leaders
- Office Visits / Monthly: Donut Boxes, Treats, Cards…
- Plan “face to face” events in Offices: CE classes, 10-minute meet and greet, top agent or team lunch/coffee meetings, realtor events…
- Plan & execute event participation – actively seek opportunities to get in front of agents (trade shows, realtor social events, conventions, conferences, blood drives, networking groups, etc). Prepare engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event follow-up
- Introduce all new technology, demonstrations, and new services.
- Maintain online and daily social media presence/posts and comments
- Collect business cards and upload to database for marketing
- Create and execute digital and email marketing campaigns based around services, both existing and new to market.
- Visit Open Houses weekly to engage with listing agents and extend brand exposure
