WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across both locations
- Lead and coach team members to maintain accountability and high performance
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and uphold service quality standards
- Manage financial processes, including revenue cycle oversight
- Support HR functions such as scheduling and recruiting
- Foster a safe, supportive environment while thriving in a fast-paced setting

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Dental experience
- Experience with Open Dental software
- 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager is preferred
