Parts and Service Sales Representative--Are you technically minded with the desire to make a difference to customers by creating efficiency in their parts and service usage? Join the Southeastern team as a PSSR and be a valuable partner to our customers The PSSR is an outside sales role responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell OEM and aftermarket parts, service labor, consignment parts, machine inspections, extended warranties, telematics services, machine control solutions, preventative maintenance contracts, and attachments. This role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory, with 80% of time spent on the road, primarily within 1-2 hours of the home branch Company: Southeastern Equipment Location:Monroe, Ohio Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary (DOE) + up to $30,000 expected annual commission and bonus opportunities Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Southeastern Equipment, a family-owned dealership in operation since 1957, is seeking an energetic and driven Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our team. With branches in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and West Virginia, we offer a diverse range of equipment and attachments across 88 lines. Join us to build meaningful customer relationships and drive sales growth. . Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to provide insights into Southeastern's services and offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships by visiting client locations and job sites. Conduct follow-up activities on sales calls, address customer concerns, and promote aftermarket sales. Provide technical expertise and collect information to enhance the customer experience. Generate new business for parts and service and follow the SEC sales process, including qualifying, quoting, and closing. Lead generation and handoff for machine sales. Identify and pursue high-value target customers. Stay informed on new products, promotions, and offerings, and educate customers accordingly. Participate in product presentations at customer clinics, open houses, factory-sponsored training events, and dealership meetings. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; technical school degree, college diploma, or related educational experience preferred. Four or more years of experience in a related role involving sales, service, or parts. Technical knowledge and mechanical abilities. Excellent customer relationship skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and internet navigation. Compensation and Benefits: Total Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, including base salary and expected commission. MOTUS Reimbursement.
