Picture your shift starting at AmbaFlex Manufacturing in Canton, OH. You review a technical drawing, calibrate your welder, and bring a frame to life with precise MIG/TIG passes. You measure twice, verify fit-up, and sign off on inspections before the assembly moves to its next station. That’s a day in the life of our Structural Welder–Fabricator—hands-on, quality-driven, and central to how we build world-class spiral conveyor systems.

About The Team

AmbaFlex is the global leader in Spiral Conveyor Systems. Our Canton manufacturing site—one of five worldwide and our only U.S. plant—houses the Construction department, which delivers all construction orders according to our production planning.

What you’ll do

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
• Fit, weld, and customize components using multiple fabrication techniques (MIG/TIG)
• Set up and prepare machines and equipment for production
• Inspect components and completed frames for accuracy and quality
• Contribute ideas to improve our products and manufacturing processes

Shifts

• Day: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm (4/10s)
• Night: Monday–Thursday, 6:30pm–5:00am (4/10s)

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency reading technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort with the metric system (preferred)
