Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)

Salary: $52,800 - $60,000

Your Challenge:

• Provide timely responses to customer requests

• Accurately process customer orders

• Utilize ERP system to create customer contracts, update pricing, create BOMs

• Be the inside representative for 2 major customers

• Maintain a neat and clean work area.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, preferred

• 1-3 years of related experience

• Ability to effectively communicate with others

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• MS Office experience required

• Experience in ERP/MRP system preferred
