Locum - Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology
CARDIOLOGY NURSE PRACTITIONER
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Accepting full-time (80 hours per pay period)
- 4 x 10’s schedule
- Clinic hours: 0730–1630
- Hospital hours: 0730–1630
- 50% inpatient, 50% inpatient
- Nurse Practitioners currently complete weekly rotations between hospital and clinic (one week in hospital, next week in clinic, etc.)
- Work week is Sunday–Saturday
PATIENT VOLUME:
- 15–18 clinic patients per day
- 8–15 hospital patients per day
TEAM & PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT:
- 4 physicians on staff.
- Assigned Medical Assistant to assist with managing patients.
- Triage RN team.
- Device clinic and dedicated device clinic staff.
- General cardiology, invasive cardiology, and electrophysiology support.
- EPIC EMR.
COMPENSATION & PAY STRUCTURE:
- Holidays paid at 1.25x
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner – REQUIRED.
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED.
- Minimum 1+ year of work experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner – REQUIRED.
- Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privilege.
- Clean background / no malpractice – HIGHLY PREFERRED.

- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner – REQUIRED.
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED.
- Minimum 1+ year of work experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner – REQUIRED.
- Clean background / no malpractice – HIGHLY PREFERRED.
- Self-Query – NPDB (pulled within the month at time of presentation) – REQUIRED.
- CAQH login and password – REQUIRED AT TIME OF OFFER.
- DEA – Verbal confirmation REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR.

- Board Certified
