Position Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager - Loan Servicing / Capital Markets Systems to join a leading financial services organization with a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This role will lead complex system implementation efforts across loan servicing, capital markets, and investor/loan accounting functions while partnering with business, technology, and integration leaders to drive execution, manage risk, and maintain alignment across workstreams.

Essential Duties:

· Lead enterprise program execution across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and implementation teams.

· Partner with integration leadership to track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.

· Drive program governance through status reporting, RAID management, and executive updates.

· Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical concerns to appropriate stakeholders.

· Oversee initiatives impacting loan servicing, capital markets, and investor/loan accounting operations.

· Coordinate business, technology, and operations teams to support implementation success.

· Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure program objectives remain on track.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required.

· 8-12+ years of program or project management experience required.

· Proven experience leading system implementations, platform transformations, or large-scale technology initiatives.

· Demonstrated experience within banking or financial services environments.

· Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

· PMP or related project management certification preferred.

· Experience in Commercial Real Estate lending environments is appreciated but not required.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

· Strong program management and enterprise transformation leadership.

· Experience with loan servicing, capital markets, investor accounting, or loan accounting domains.

· Familiarity with lending platforms such as Loan IQ, nCino, AFS, or similar systems.

· Knowledge of system implementation lifecycle, governance, and dependency management.

· Strong RAID tracking, status reporting, and executive presentation skills.

· Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

· Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and escalation management skills.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $80 - 90.
