Class A OTR CDL Team Driver

DSL Express is now hiring OTR CDL Class A Team Drivers! Company drivers with 2+ yrs of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross Earnings between $117,600 to $145,600 per year per driver


Note: Average salary was based on 4000 to 6000 miles a week running all year point to point (we love people who Hussle and want to make money and stay out for reasonably long periods on the road). We generally do 5500 to 6000+ miles (even 7000 in a hot market) and almost never do 4000 unless the team is not wanting to drive that week.


Team Driver:

• Up to 81 cents per mile plus bonuses . Depending on the EXP and MVRs of the team.
• Average miles are anywhere between 5500 and 7000 per wk depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $4500 and $5600 per wk total. That's $2250 to $2800 per week per team driver .
• Will consider changeover to the percent of linehaul if driver proves himself or herself.

Solo Driver:

• Up to 71 cents per mile plus bonuses. Depending on EXP and MVR.
• Average miles are anywhere between 2800 and 3600 per wk depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $1900 to $2550 per week per driver (for normal solo drivers).
• Will consider changeover to the percent of linehaul if driver proves himself or herself.

Referral Bonus:

• Do you drive with us and like us? Help bring a friend. $1000 referral bonus per driver and $1500 for owner ops.

Job Description:

• Must have Class A CDL. Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
• Must-Have 2+ yrs CDL Exp.
• Must-Have Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
• Dry Vans or Refer work available.
• All No Touch Freight. Some Drop and Hook.
• Doesn’t matter where you live.
• We offer Unlimited miles within ELD Compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly pay with direct deposit (no waiting on checks).
• Up to 71 cents per mile for Solo/Single drivers, depending on EXP and MVR.
• Up to 81 cents per mile Team drivers, depending on EXP and MVR.
• Monthly bonuses depend on safety, delivery, and communication.
• Bonuses for passed DOT inspections.
• The average gross income is $1875 to $2625 per week per driver (for normal drivers).
• The average gross income for the team is $4500 and $6000 per wk total (split per driver).

Driver Requirements :

• Truck driving is a demanding job! You have to be healthy and able and willing to work.
• Must have Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
• Must be able to work with modern ELD systems.
• Must be able to pass a drug test. No acceptations.
• Must have a valid medical card issued.
• Must have a stable work history and good references.
• Must have no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
• No DWIs, DUI, and BAC in the last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
• No license suspension for points, or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
• Must provide no less than 3 years of work history, non-driving work history for the past 3 years will be also verified.
• Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.
