We are currently seeking an Account Support Specialist to join our team. As an Account Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support, technical service, and professional support.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to foster ongoing relationships
Process customer requests including account inquiries, account maintenance, and provide support for deposit and loan products
Completes necessary documentation to support customer request and route to appropriate parties
Update bank systems as needed and monitor communication queues daily
Continually seek sales opportunities to develop additional business through promotion of products and services to achieve goals
Collaborate with other retail departments to fulfill identified financial opportunities
Effectively communicate with customers across all platforms (i.e., email, phone, etc.)
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of customer service experience required
1+ years of sales experience required
Proficiency with large server based applications and Microsoft Office products preferred
