This position pays between $84,000 - $144,900 based on experience

The Operations Readiness Manager is responsible for leading and executing business initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with Ensemble’s Standard Operating Model. This role oversees a team of Business Coordinators and Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability for delivering actionable insights and sustainable operational improvements.
The Manager serves as an advisor to internal executives and client leadership on operational optimization, change management, and process. Additionally, the Manager supports the Operations Readiness Team by mentoring and guiding team members in their daily activities and project work, ensuring operational consistency, supporting process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication across teams. The Manager provides coaching, quality assurance, and hands-on support for projects, while also implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

Essential Job Functions:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members, ensuring efficient task completion and professional growth.
- Project Management: Coordinate and lead projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Quality Control: Review and ensure compliance with standards and accuracy in documentation and data analysis.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and senior management, facilitating clear communication.
- Monitor and collaborate with Operations and Client Delivery to ensure that strategic plan/standard operation model, policies and procedures, SLAs and KPIs are in place and on track for new clients during integration.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for process improvement and optimization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Executive Advisory: Serve as an advisor to senior management on operational optimization, change management, and process initiatives.
- KPI Oversight: Monitor and work with Operations and Client Delivery to ensure that strategic plan/standard operation model, policies and procedures, SLAs and KPIs are in place and on track
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards; assess control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
- Innovation: Continuously innovate by embracing emerging technology and fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3 - 5 years in business, process improvement, healthcare operations or performance analytics.
- 3 - 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle operations or performance analytics
- 5 - 7 years of job experience in a similiar role
- 3 - 5 years of people leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of business KPIs, financial performance metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Ability to lead professionals to achieve peak performance and deliver enterprise-level results.
- Advanced data analytics and statistical modeling capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and operational optimization.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to create an inclusive environment.
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
Desired Education:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Required Certification:
- Lean Six Sigma
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
