Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options

- Conduct effective follow-up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales

- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they feel confident and informed

- Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new vehicle models and dealership promotions

- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales targets and improve overall customer experience

- Ensure all customer interactions leave clients feeling valued, appreciated, and satisfied with their experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar high-volume sales environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong follow-up and organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively

- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer service

- Ability to build rapport quickly and leave customers feeling grateful for their experience

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and vehicle features is a plus
