The Job:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of our Mac Tools team working as an on-site employee

You'll get to:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production and maintenance equipment, in addition to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, masonry, welding, basic electrical and electronic work, etc.

  • Execute Preventative Maintenance (PM), Reactive Maintenance (RM), and Help Desk work orders.

  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Will remain on-call at all times for building related emergencies.

  • Responsible for daily 5S activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization of workspaces and storage areas for safety.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain certification requirements to be issued a Mac Tools forklift license.
