Who are we looking for?

The Agent Services Coordinator must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help serve others and work as a team player. The Agent Services Coordinator will assist the Director of Agent Services with processes and procedures and be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Stow Market Center. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Agent Services Coordinator must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent’s needs in a timely manner or direct them to a higher level of help if needed. We’re looking for a warm, professional presence to anchor our front desk—someone who thrives as the first point of contact for guests and phone calls. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our office, ensuring smooth communication while supporting the team by handling the day-to-day flow, so they can focus on larger events and projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Maintains a polished, welcoming, and approachable demeanor at all times.
• Organization. It is imperative to follow our system to stay ahead and on top of agent count and their personal information at all times.
• Keeping the office stocked up with essentials and in Tip Top Shape.
• Answers calls promptly and courteously with a warm, professional tone. Direct them properly, if needed.
• Greets clients, guests, and team members with genuine warmth and hospitality.
• Handles concerns with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
• Manages front desk operations smoothly with minimal errors.
• Update Listing and Sales boards of production in the office.
• Supports agents, staff, and leadership with reliability and consistency.
• Supports overseeing contractors of minor office maintenance issues, if needed.
• Stays flexible when faced with changing priorities or unexpected challenges.
• Work closely with the other Agent Service Coordinators to help execute projects.
• Follow intake / exit process and checklist for all incoming and exiting agents.
• Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD lunch coordination, weekly setup when in Market Center, and many other activities throughout the year when needed.
• Assist in set up / clean up of office training and Market Center events.

Communications/Interactions

• Staff - To be responsible for correct intake and exit procedures for all associates, daily activities of the Market Center, works closely with Director of Agent Services Coordinator - daily.
• Sales Associates - Assist in connecting them to our resources - daily.

Compensation (Part Time):

• Competitive hourly rate- $18 per hour (24k / year).
• Steady Schedule. Enjoy a consistent weekday work routine (Monday - Friday from 10-3).
