Line Production Worker
Location: Columbiana, OH
Hourly Wage: $15.00 per hour
Shifts: Second Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Third Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Training on 1 st shift, first 4 days
Nesco Resource is seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team. We are looking for reliable, quality-oriented individuals who thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. - Accurately and efficiently pack and ship customer orders.
- Work on the assembly line, handling plastic products weighing up to 25-30 pounds.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Load and unload
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Team player mentality with a commitment to maintaining product quality.
