We are a calm, relationship-focused dental practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients
• Verify and understand dental insurance benefits
• Coordinate scheduling for optimal patient flow
• Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled care
• Assist with insurance submissions and claim tracking
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

The ideal candidate

• Dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable discussing finances professionally and compassionately
• Organized, proactive, and able to follow systems consistently
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule

3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

28–32 hours weekly

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
