As a Product Delivery Manager in Global Customer Platform Demand Intake and Prioritization, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.



Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Oversees and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of all incoming requests, ensuring high-level awareness and understanding of each submission across the product organization.
  • Serves as a key point of contact, effectively communicating with all levels of leadership throughout the business to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
  • Organizes and lead monthly Head of Product meetings, driving agenda setting, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Delivers presentations to leadership at all levels, articulating status, challenges, and strategic recommendations related to demand, intake, and prioritization.
  • Develops, monitor, and refine reporting and analytics to support leadership decision-making, leveraging data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities within the product portfolio.
  • Continuously track team capacity and shifting priorities for every line of business at JPMorganChase, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing.
  • Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, business, and technology partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create, interpret, and present data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Experience managing escalations and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and large groups.
  • Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to support data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership (Managing Directors, C-suite) on strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to automate routine tasks, resulting in significant time savings and improved accuracy.
  • Deep understanding of financial services industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in product delivery and prioritization.
