Administrative Legal Assistant
ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL ASSISTANT
Smith, Warnecke, Meredith & Clark Law, LLC is seeking a full-time or part-time Legal Assistant / Office Professional to join our team at our new location- 3650 Allentown Road, Lima, Ohio. We offer a pleasant, professional, and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and hands-on legal experience.
Position Overview:
This role provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys across a variety of practice areas. Prior experience in litigation, personal injury, probate & estate, or real estate is preferred, but not required. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Assist with case management and litigation tasks
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Prepare legal documents, including probate and discovery materials
- Provide necessary support to attorneys
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic office software
- Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
