Lawn Maintenance Technician
We’re a fast-growing maintenance-only landscape company looking to add a dependable, detail-focused team member to our mowing crew. If you take pride in doing quality work, like working outdoors, and are ready to move fast and do things right — we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
- Work on a 2-man mow crew servicing high-end residential and HOA clients
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Pay close attention to detail — clean edges, straight lines, no clumps, no corners cut
- Lift and move equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
- Walk 8–10 miles per day while staying productive in the heat
- Assist with other tasks like mulch jobs and bed cleanups as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Must be insurable (clean driving record)
- Dependable with a strong work ethic — showing up on time is non-negotiable
- Able to take direction, hustle, and care about doing a great job
- Willing to work 10+ hour days in spring; hours adjust in summer
- Previous mowing or landscape experience is a plus , but not required — we’ll train the right person
