This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen attention to detail as you manage various front desk operations. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the facility.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage bookings using our reservation system.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, keeping all materials and resources easily accessible.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy, finding appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, computers, and hotel management software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment while managing guest relations.
