Were seeking an Insurance Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing outside sales team. This role is responsible for driving production, managing lead strategies, overseeing recruiting and development, and ensuring accountability across all sales activity. You will work closely with agency leadership to execute growth initiatives, manage performance metrics, and build a disciplined, results-driven team environment.
- First-year expected earnings around $85,000 to $105,000, top performers reaching $120,000+

Responsibilities- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing outside sales team
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and accountability
- Manage and optimize lead generation strategies, vendors, and ROI
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve results
- Oversee marketing strategy, budgeting, and execution
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and role-play training
- A minimum of 3 years of prior sales and leadership experience
- An active insurance license is required
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing, and lead management
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Comfortable managing performance metrics, CRM systems, and reporting tools
