Custodian/Maintenance
Full-Time, Second Shift (12:00p-8:30p)
Duties
This maintenance custodial position involves monitoring and performing general maintenance of our 60,000 sq. ft. facility, agency vehicles and surrounding grounds. This includes working as part of a team to ensure that cleaning and maintenance schedules are completed timely and addressing other incidental or periodic maintenance needs such as waxing and buffing of floors, supply orders and inventory, repairs of agency equipment or supplies and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum High school graduate or equivalent and three to five years of experience in this field. Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record, in accordance with Agency insurance standards, are required. Should demonstrate initiative and possess basic custodial skills.
