Manager in Training - Power Washing Department

TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. We are also the leader in Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to the commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has more than doubled in size in the last three years and has expanded our locations to include Cincinnati, Twinsburg, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Michigan and Cleveland, along with our corporate offices in Columbus.

TNT Services has an immediate need for a Manager in Training role in our Power Wash Department. Typical shift will be Tuesday - Saturday. This position is a working position (meaning physical labor is required). TNT Services is looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. Because we are unique, we will train the right candidate who is ready to learn a new trade.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Scheduling and allocating crews for routes
• Work with Sales Team on scheduling and service requests from customers
• Monitor pre and post-trip condition of trucks and supplies
• Coordinate with onsite mechanics on equipment/truck issues
• Monitor daily truck inspections
• Interview, hire and train new employees
• Monitor and Review labor and fuel costs
• Work to ensure safety and quality standards
• Work to ensure completion of daily routes (this would include physical labor)

Requirements :

• A valid driver’s license is required (maximum number of 4 points on license)
• Lead Experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and occasionally move up to 100lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Weekend availability required
