What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee site/civil engineering for a variety of projects, from concept through completion

• Drive business development and build client relationships

• Integrate geotechnical and environmental solutions into land development projects

• Mentor and grow a high-performing team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience in land development

• Professional Engineering (PE) license

• Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred
