Industrial Painter – Manufacturing

$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay | Full-Time
Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Industrial Painters for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Cincinnati, OH. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive refinishing, collision repair, equipment painting, or industrial coating applications who are looking for steady work, competitive benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Work 36 hours and receive pay for 40 hours) - Overtime opportunities may be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and taping
- Mix paints and coatings according to production specifications
- Apply coatings using spray equipment, including HVLP and pressure-fed systems
- Perform touch-up work and final finish corrections
- Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality appearance
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial painting, automotive refinishing, collision repair, or similar painting roles
- Knowledge of paint mixing and spray application techniques
- Ability to identify and correct finish imperfections
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
