We are looking for a high-energy, people-focused Restaurant Manager to help lead our busy, friendly, breakfast-only operation. Restaurant hours are 7am-230pm Sunday through Saturday. If you love creating great guest experiences, building strong teams, and keeping a restaurant running smoothly, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and keep our restaurant running like a well-oiled griddle
- Inspire, train, and support both front- and back-of-house team members
- Ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service and a spotless dining environment
- Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory with accuracy
- Assist with hiring and team development
- Maintain food quality, safety, and brand standards
- Resolve guest concerns with positivity and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
- BOH and FOH experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- A hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, morning-shift environment
- Weekend/holiday availability
- ServSafe certification a plus
Schedule & Commitment
- Full-time salaried role
- 6 days per week – approximately 45-50 hours
- Early mornings required (we’re a breakfast house!)
