Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dedicated School Psychologist is needed for the uping school year in Cincinnati, OH, serving K-12 students across multiple schools. This contract position begins August 18th and concludes May 28th, covering 197 billable days. The role requires expertise in the Ohio Education Team Review (ETR) process and focuses on supporting both elementary and high school populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in ETR meetings according to Ohio state guidelines
- Provide consultation and support for teachers, parents, and administration to address student behavioral and academic needs
- Develop intervention strategies and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports consistent with district policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure as required in Ohio
- Proficient knowledge of the Ohio ETR process and special education regulations
- Experience working with K-12 populations, including both elementary (8:00 AM start) and high school (7:15 AM start) schedules
- Strong munication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage caseload effectively throughout the school year
