Customer Success Associate (Remote)
Futura Marketing is hiring a remote Customer Success Associate based in Columbus. This is a part-time role with weekday daytime hours and guided training. No previous experience required. Pay: $21–$26/hour. Applications accepted only from Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear guidance to customers
- Review and process service orders
- Update client information in records
- Coordinate requests with internal teams
- Track open cases until completion
Requirements
- No background in support needed
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable using online tools
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Must live in Ohio
