Service Director - Multi‑Rooftop Powersports Group

Our growing, multi‑location powersports dealership group in Ohio is seeking a seasoned Service Director to oversee service operations across all rooftops. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who has already run a strong service department and is ready to scale their success across multiple stores. About the Role
We represent all major OEMs, so prior experience managing multiple brands is required. Each location has a solid foundation—experienced advisors, warranty administrators, technicians, and support staff. We’re looking for the right leader to bring consistency, accountability, and industry‑standard efficiency across the entire service organization. Responsibilities
Lead service operations across multiple rooftops
Drive technician efficiency, productivity, and shop flow
Support, coach, and develop advisors, warranty teams, and techs
Standardize processes, reporting, and performance expectations
Ensure OEM compliance and accurate warranty processing
Maintain a customer‑focused culture while maximizing profitability
Partner with store leadership to optimize each location What You Bring
Proven success as a Service Manager or Service Director in powersports
Strong background working with multiple OEMs
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
Deep understanding of service KPIs and shop operations
Self‑driven, organized, and committed to continuous improvement
