Manufacturing Warehouse Coordinator

A manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Warehouse Coordinator who will receive and manage all non-finished goods of their warehouse and manufacturing facility and ensure that all inventories are stored in a manner to facilitate an efficient flow of materials to support the production environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Monitor grinding associates for accurate inventor of ground material and input data into IQMS
• Prepare material handlers with raw material required for assembly by following production schedule while following company procedures with all production materials
• Report all issues with personnel to the respective Shift Supervisor and the Production manager and manage and direct Warehouse Assistant
• Ensure all raw materials are received and accounted for accurately in IQMS inventory and stored in a safe and protective manner
• Monitor all inbound shipments including delivery to appropriate department, modify the allocation of space for each item, and verify inventory quantities through cycle counting so that the IQMS system is accurate
• **Handle accuracy issues, as well as, slow moving inventory dispositions
• **Monitor the quantity and quality of the regrind coming from the grinders and if issues arise bring them up to the Shift Supervisors and the Production Manager
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and/or 2 years of warehouse experience
• Must have the ability to correctly follow instructions and procedures
• Must have strong organization and planning skills with ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work efficiently and safely while paying a high attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment
• Must have solid communication skills
• Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
