Clem & Thyme Nutrition is a functional nutrition practice with offices in Yellow Springs, Columbus (Westerville, Worthington), Cincinnati, and expanding into Centerville in June 2026.

About the Role
We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and highly organized Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is a go-getter and thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

This is a full-time, W-2 employee position offering a base salary with bonus opportunity, along with healthcare benefits, a retirement plan with employer match, and unlimited PTO (based on meeting quarterly client hour goals).

You will have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients while practicing a root-cause, functional approach to care within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Dietitians in this role are supported in building and maintaining a full, engaged caseload.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one medical nutrition therapy using a functional, root-cause approach
• Support clients with digestive health, metabolic and cardiovascular health, women’s health, autoimmune conditions, and more
• Review functional lab testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH, NutrEval, and others) and integrate findings into personalized care plans
• Guide clients through sustainable nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle changes
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation using our electronic health record (Healthie)
• Participate in team collaboration, case discussions, and ongoing clinical development
• Optional opportunities to lead workshops, masterclasses, or group programs

Who We’re Looking For

• A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) licensed in Ohio (or eligible by start date)
• Someone who is warm, compassionate, and truly enjoys building relationships with clients
• A motivated, organized self-starter who can effectively manage their schedule and time
• Strong counseling skills, including motivational interviewing and goal setting
• A “go-getter” mindset with a desire to grow personally and professionally
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

We are especially looking for candidates with a strong interest in functional, root-cause-focused nutrition. Prior experience in functional nutrition is a plus, but not required. We provide a comprehensive training program to support dietitians in learning and applying our functional nutrition approach.
