Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman / Remodel Technician who can handle a wide range of residential and light commercial projects—from everyday repairs to kitchen, bathroom, and deck remodels.

This is a skilled position for the right individual, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thinks on their feet, and can confidently work both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential and commercial properties (drywall, paint, trim, doors, etc.)

Handle light plumbing and electrical (fixtures, faucets, outlets, lighting)

Assist with or lead kitchen, bathroom, deck, and light commercial remodeling projects

Install cabinets, flooring, vanities, and finish carpentry elements

Troubleshoot issues and provide practical, long-lasting solutions

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Deliver a professional experience for homeowners, tenants, and commercial clients

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in handyman work, residential construction, or light commercial work

Strong skills in kitchen, bath, deck, or commercial remodeling (preferred)

Well-rounded knowledge of carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Reliable vehicle capable of hauling tools and light materials (pickup truck, van, SUV, etc.)

Basic to intermediate power tools needed to complete common job tasks

Standard hand tools required for day-to-day work

Personal safety equipment (PPE) – maintaining your own safety gear is required and expected on all job sites

Valid driver’s license

Monday–Friday

Saturday work may be required depending on workload

Pay

$20–$35+ per hour (based on experience and skill level)
