- Provide feedback and input to leadership regarding staff performance and clinic operations
Direct Orthopedic Patient Care
- Room patients and obtain vital signs and measurements
- Perform casting, splinting, bracing, and DME fitting within scope
- Assist with injections, procedures, and imaging as allowed
- Support physicians during patient assessments, exams, and procedures
- Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Assist with urgent scheduling needs, patient calls, and coordination between clinical and administrative teams
Care Coordination & Compliance
- Collaborate with surgical scheduling teams to coordinate pre-op testing, patient education, and follow-up care
- Ensure documentation, orders, and signatures are completed accurately and on time
- Support surgery reconciliations, consult documentation, and billing workflows
- Promote safety, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional, compassionate approach to patient care
- Proficiency with EMRs and standard office software
