At Holmes Custom Renovations, we build custom decks, roof structures, siding, and more — and we’re looking for framing pros who bring tenacity, precision, and strong values to every project. What We’re Looking For:

• Tenacity – You show up, follow through, and hustle until the job is done.
• Precision – You take pride in straight lines, strong framing, and quality finishes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Framing and installing custom patio overbuilds and roof structures.
• Leading or collaborating on job sites with clear scopes and daily targets.
• Following proven processes for craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency.
• Working with a foreman who acts more like a coach than a boss.

Required:

• 3+ years of framing experience in exterior remodeling, carpentry, or deck building.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and follow our processes.
• Respect for leadership — even if it comes from someone younger.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Pay & Perks:

• $25–$30/hr based on experience
• Beat-the-Budget Bonuses – Earn more when jobs are done efficiently

• Up to 144 hours of PTO + paid holidays

Stable, Consistent Work:
We’ve been continuously busy since 2003 and don’t rely on seasonal slowdowns.
Currently, roof structure projects are scheduled into 2027, and decks are booked about four months out.
