Your Role: As a Service Technician , you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems-including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits. You'll bring technical skill, clear communication, and a strong customer-first mindset to every home you enter.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (NATE a plus)
• Excellent diagnostics and low-voltage troubleshooting skills
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
• Valid Ohio Driver's License + Clean Record
• Team mindset with a willingness to grow and learn
