Digital Print Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Print Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced production printing and mail services environment in the Cleveland, OH area. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with experience operating high-volume digital printing.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate high-volume production copy machines, digital duplicating equipment, mail inserters and bindery equipment.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, office supplies, and related materials.
- Perform basic shipping and receiving duties to support daily logistics and office service workflows.
- Complete daily quality checks, replenish toner and paper, clear paper jams, and perform routine equipment troubleshooting.
- Respond to basic customer questions regarding job status and provide professional service to internal customers.
- Assist with occasional light front-desk support, filing, and clerical duties as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $17.55 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Shift: 2nd Shift.
- Position Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Parma, OH 44130.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital printing, production printing, mail services, office services, records, or a similar environment.
- Basic PC skills, including comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to track data and manage workflows.
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English to interpret detailed instructions and customer requests.
- Ability to stand and walk for the full 8-hour shift in an active production environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs or more.
