We are seeking an accomplished Director of Clinical Engineering to lead and manage a healthcare facility's clinical engineering program in Zanesville, OH. Qualifications:
⁃ Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
⁃ Licensure: Relevant certifications (CBET, CHTM, or similar) preferred.

Experience:
⁃ 5+ years managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
⁃ Proven track record in regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JCAHO).
⁃ Experience working with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives.

Technical Skills:
⁃ Strong knowledge of medical equipment maintenance and capital planning.
⁃ Budget management and vendor contract negotiation.

Soft Skills:
⁃ Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and conflict-resolution abilities.
⁃ Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical engineering program, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality.
