Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are actively seeking two Cold Storage Warehouse Pharmacy Technicians for a 6-month contract position in Columbus, Ohio . This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume environment supporting the safe handling, storage, and shipment of temperature-sensitive medications.

Position Overview:
The Cold Storage Warehouse Pharmacy Technician is responsible for maintaining the flow of cold and dry inventory, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and pliance with temperature control protocols. This hands-on role involves physical labor, precision, and the ability to operate in cold environments.

Cold Storage Warehouse Pharmacy Technician (6-Month Contract)
Location: Columbus, OH
Contract Duration: ASAP start through January 2026
Shifts: Flexible to work days/evenings and rotating weekends (shift details to follow)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, and maneuver materials in cold (-20C to -30C) and dry storage

• Replenish internal freezers daily, moving 100150 units (2025 lbs each) on/off carts

• Monitor thaw times and place cold chain products in refrigerators using specific orientation standards

• Operate manual pallet jacks and/or powered forklifts to move pallets between storage zones

• Pack pharmaceutical shipments and prepare them for outbound FedEx transport

• Organize and stage pleted shipments for pickup

• Follow temperature monitoring procedures and validate equipment accuracy

• Maintain detailed and traceable inventory logs

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (required)

• Strong warehouse and inventory management experience

• Previous cold chain handling is a major plus

• Retail techs wele if able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in extreme cold temperatures

• fortable using ladders and accessing high storage areas

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
