Location : Zanesville, OH 43701
Project Duration : 13 weeks
Salary Range : $48/hr - $51/hr
Shift : Day shift 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Job Summary
The Surgery RN provides perioperative nursing care while collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient care throughout surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the surgical/OR setting
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
- Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Monitor patient condition and maintain patient safety throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR
- Support perioperative workflow and surgical efficiency
- Active BLS certification required
- Active ACLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- Robotic surgery experience
- Neuro surgery experience
- Orthopedic surgery experience
