Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to be the driving force behind our senior leadership team. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, support key decision-makers, and help keep operations running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the CEO to ensure priorities are met and company goals achieved
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and share actionable summaries with stakeholders
• Conduct research and prepare internal/external reports
• Manage agendas, email, phone calls, and client communications
• Handle logistics and maintain strict confidentiality
• Assist with construction administration initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree in business or related field
• 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior leadership
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while embracing a team-first mindset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office365 & Teams)
• Proven organizational and analytical abilities
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
