The Cedarwood Companies, a national real estate development company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative and Visual Communication Assistant to support it’s property management division, Riverview Management Company. This role supports daily office operations and directly manages entry-level graphic design and visual communication projects. The position combines traditional administrative responsibilities with creative support for marketing and property materials and is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and has basic experience using design software.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

· Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and document management

· Assist with billings, invoicing, and record keeping

· Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars

· Manage incoming and outgoing mailings

· Research vendors and service providers as needed

· Provide administrative support to property management staff

Visual Communication / Design Support

· Assist with creating and updating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and basic logos

· Update and format floor plans for property marketing materials

· Prepare documents for print and digital use

· Assist with website content updates using WordPress

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation of materials

· Entry-level experience with graphic design (professional, academic, or internship experience acceptable)

· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Clear written and verbal communication skills

· Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
